Indy's second litter is born!

Yesterday the 23rd July 2009, Indy's second litter was born in Germany!

Upcoming litters out of my dogs... :-))

2 litters of puppies expected in Germany and in The Netherlands out of Indy (Indiana Jones da Pedra da Anixa) and Kayak (Smoke On The Water da Pedra da Anixa)!
Indy was matted with Blue Moon da Pedra da Anixa in mid May. So their pups should be right on the way!
Kayak was matted this month with Casa Hoya's Chariots of Fire, and their litter should be born in mid September!

I have to congratulate Ana & her gorgeous Corgi female "Mausi" - Riverside Believe In Me - for their BIS win at the EURO CORGI SHOW that took place in France the 12th July 2009!

Indy's kids: last shows in puppy class!

Day 10th & 11th July 2009, Indy's kids showed in the double Tvååker Show for the last time in Puppy Class!
Friday day 10th Zigge was BOS Puppy & Allis was 2nd in Puppy Class Females!
Saturday the 11th, Zigge was again BOS Puppy, Allis was BOB Puppy and Maya was 3rd in Puppy Class Females! :-)))))
Once again I would like to congratulate their breeder Elisabeth for the excellent job, and their owners for keeping them in tip top shape!!!!! :-))

Kayak... The Invisible Dog....

Until last Saturday I didn't know I had an Invisible Dog........
Saturday the 11th July, took place in the Lisbon Hippodrome the 113th Lisbon International Dog Show – LISBON WINNER 2009.
I had Kayak entered.
It was a nice day, and this show ground is very nice (it has horses there :-)) )!
20 PWD’s were entered to be judged by Mrs. Yvonne Brink from Sweden.
When time comes for Kayak to enter the ring, the commissioner seems to have forgotten to call in for the class…. As it’s normal for them to do so…
So only on male was in the ring.
As I knew it was my time I approached the ring entrance where one of the commissioners blocked my way in….
I asked if that wasn’t the Champion Class judgment, and she said no…It was the Best Male choice….
Then I replied, I’m sorry, but isn’t the champion male inside now? And she said yes, to what I’ve replied, so this is the other champion male… Can’t I come in???
The commissioner was starring at me, and then the other commissioner that was inside come and told me to enter…..
So I finally was able to enter the ring when the judge was already looking at the other champion male.
Then she came to look at Kayak, in a quite fast mode, and told me to make a line.
After she told both males to move and then she told us to stop and after that the males from the other classes were told to enter…
I didn’t realize Kayak’s result until the commissioner mentioned it was first place champion in front of me, then me as second in champion class, them the 1st one in intermediate class, and so one…. We then made a small turn and the judge asked the 1st classified in Open Class to pass to Kayak’s front, so the Best Male classification ended with Kayak as 3rd Best Male…………
I think it’s an insult to treat competitors like if they were invisible….
The judge is there to judge all the competitors in an equal way….

Maya... BOB Puppy for the 6th time in a row & BIS 3... :-)))

Maya did it again… And for the 6th time in a row she was awarded BOB Puppy!!!
I’m still amazed with Indy’s kids results, and especially for all the excellent comments I heard from people who get to meet them!
I just couldn’t be any more proud!!! :-))
This time it was a double show in the Gotland Island in Sweden.
Saturday Maya was BOB Puppy & BIS-3 Puppy! Sunday show was again BOB Puppy!
